How to Cancel An Order

For a variety of reasons—whether the customer had a change of mind, the purchase was not approved, or a host of other possible scenarios—it sometimes becomes necessary to cancel an order. When an order is canceled, it no longer appears in the list of pending orders.

To Cancel an Order:

  1. In the Admin Panel, select Sales > Orders
  2. Select the Pending Order that you would like to cancel by clicking the Edit button on its respective row.
  3. Click Cancel in order page to remove this order.
