Overview
The Check / Money Order section contains the fields required to configure the Check / Money Order payment method for your Magento Go store.

Field Descriptions
| Options | Scope | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Enabled | Website | Activates this payment method, when set to “Yes.” |
| Title | Store View | Identifies this payment method during the checkout process. By default, the title is set to “Check / Money Order.” |
| New Order Status | Website | Sets the status of new orders to “Pending” until they have processed completely. |
| Payment from Applicable Countries | Website | Identifies the countries where this payment method is available. Options include:
Note: To define which countries appear in the Allowed Countries list, go to System > Configuration > Countries Options. |
| Payment from Specific Countries | Website | If Payment from Applicable Countries is set to “Specific Countries,” only the countries where this payment method can be used are included in the list. |
| Make Check Payable to | Store View | Identifies the name of the person to whom the check is payable. |
| Send Check to | Store View | Identifies the street address where the check is mailed. |
| Minimum Order Total | Website | Specifies the minimum order total that is required to pay by Check / Money Order. An order that matches the minimum total qualifies to use this payment method. |
| Maximum Order Total | Website | Specifies the maximum order total that is required to pay by Check / Money Order. An order that matches the maximum total qualifies to use this payment method. |
| Sort Order | Website | Determines the sequence in which Check / Money Order is listed with other payment methods during checkout. Payment methods appear in ascending order, based on this numeric value. |
