We are looking for a 5-8 page Magento site that allows "Team Members" (affiliates) to sign up to become outside distributors via the web for our healthy chewing gum company. System must track commissions (up to 6 tiers for network program) and report monthly sales/commissions for payment.

Site must be able to "replicate" for unlimited number of Team members. For example, offer them their own replicated web site with shopping cart (products & cart managed by OUR admin), 5-8 web pages of replicated home site content (managed by admin), and ability to sign others up through their replicated site. Team Members must be able to log-in to a limited "back office" of their own to see various sales/commission data and who's joined their organization. Team Members should not be able to control cart content (only Admin can have these functions).

Admin panel must be able to add/delete/edit all Team Member information as well as review all orders for shipping. Cart must integrate with UPS/FedEx/USPS. Admin should use Magento CRM for customer service with ability to search orders, tracking info, and Team Members by name, ID#, track sales, commissions, etc.

App must be able to calculate commissions in Tiers. For example: Person 1 signs up to become a Team Member. They now have ability with username and password to buy at wholesale. Person 2 signs up thru Person 1's website. Both can purchase at wholesale. Person 1 Receives 10% commission on all sales generated thru Person 2's site. Person 3 signs up on Person 2's site. Person 1 receives 10% of Person 2 sales, and 1% of Person 3 sales. Person 2 receives 10% of Person 3 sales, etc. - This Tier system will extend 6 total tiers.


APP MUST DO THE FOLLOWING:

Shopping Cart
Replicated Sites (ie. www.abc.com/johnsmith, www.abc.com/janedoe, etc)
Generate Distributor ID & User Defined Password
Monthly Commission Calculation
Commission Processing (determine who's owed what every month)
Add/Modify/Delete distributors/customers
Move/Modify Distributor Placement in the Organization
Reports- Daily sales, Monthly Sales, Commissions, etc.
Geneology Function (see distributors in the organization and who they fall under)
Auto-Ship/Recurring Billing weekly/monthly for shopping cart products
Integration/Export of all data to Excel, XML, etc.
Allow admin changes to look and feel/content of all replicated sites in real time
Database integration
Remote Access/VPN (web based everything)
Secure Back-Up of Database info

THE ADMIN PANEL:
Must have total visibility into the entire organization and be able to manage all Team Members, passwords, Replicated Web URLs, manage all orders for shipping, easy CRM/Customer Service interface.

FRONT END:
5-8 page Magento front-end web sites for hundreds/thousands of distributors. Web design must be "cool" for modern health conscious products company. Modern look and feel/design paramount!

SPECIFIC EXPERTISE:
Please only bid if you have experience in developing sites such as described. Bidder must provide specific examples of work completed to assure this project's success. - Written Content to be provided - access to royalty free photos a plus!
