The main problem with Simple Helix Hosting hosting - it doesn’t have a contact telephone number .In the case of emergency you are not able to call and e-mail is not the fastest way to communicate.

Are you saying that because you truly believe it or simply because it allows you an opportunity to SPAM this group with your affiliate link?

I have received prompt email support in the past, usually within a few hours, however I recently experienced a 2 day wait for a reply on a support issue.  I would be happier with their support if there was a phone number to call - even if it’s routed overseas.

Adding in an affiliate links in a review is definitely the way to go. You are just making yourself and your host look bad. Not professional. :(

First of all, I really appreciate your support for us and I’m happy that you are really enjoying our serivce. =)

But as for the affiliate links, I don’t think this really is the best place for it due to strict forum guidelines and restrictions =p

And to dkuhlman and gosha, don’t worry, we are going to be adding in phone support shortly after our new website. Our company has grown drastically in the past months and we been making some real good strides lately to provide better services, I think you guys will really like it.

I am sorry but I can’t be recommending any of the host from the list as it will results in conflict of interest (I am from Aspiration Hosting).
Nevertheless, you can try checking with each hosting companies as well as their demo store and draw up your own conclusion.
