Had a number of orders for this supplier over the weekend.
Screwed one up and when I placed the order had it sent to the bill-to address instead of the ship-to.
Emailed Sunday night and Monday morning they found the package (already in a mail bag) and rerouted it to where it should have gone.
Talk about service! WOW!
