International Ecommerce Regulations
About this Group
The use of the content of any website can be efficiently regulated with little effort and fully localised with the help of creative commons. http://forum.creativecommons.org/topic/22
But what about; Privacy policy, erms and conditions, terms of service, returns and complaints, disclaimer and even FAQ's.
There must be a better way then copying our competitors terms or renting juridical experts.
Altough you only need to comply to the laws of the country you sell from, and clients agree to your terms being in a foreign language to them (english) when they buy, hiring translators to localize in all possible languages would benefit the acceptance and check-out rate of your shop...but be to complex and costly.
