Paypal en Argentina se puede usar?
Hasta ahora no pude probar si en Argentina podemos trabajar con Paypal para aceptar tarjetas de crédito y pagos por Paypal bien sea que el comprador de nuestra tienda esté en Argentina o en otro lugar del mundo.
Lo único que pude hacer fue probar el pago en Magento y al intentar pagar con Paypal me tira un mensaje de error porque aparentemente el código de país para Paypal es “AR” y para Magento es “ARS” ...
Alguien lo probó?
Con respecto a esto de los currency codes, puse un post en el foro de Magento que aún no fue respondido:

Hi there, I have a question about Paypal and Magento to use from Argentina. In the Paypal guide, they have a “Country Codes” where there are a Country/Code list.
For Argentina it says “ARGENTINA AR” and I think Magento uses “ARS” instead of “AR”. Maybe for that when I try to checkout with Paypal there is an error message about that “Selected currency ARS is not a valid code"…
Do you think you can correct this? Can I correct this by my own?

Paypal only allows the currency code from following currency code:
Australian Dollars (A $) AUD

Lindy, en https://www.paypal.com/IntegrationCenter/ic_standard_home.html hay un PDF para descargar que es la Website Payments Standard Integration Guide (https://www.paypal.com/en_US/pdf/PP_WebsitePaymentsStandard_IntegrationGuide.pdf) donde figuran todos los códigos de países.
¿Dónde leíste vos que los únicos códigos (monedas) que acepta Paypal son los de la lista que posteás? Gracias por tu colaboración!
