The carry a large selection of clothing, lingerie, shoes and accessories.
They are definitely the importer. No middle man involved.
Data feed leaves a LOT to be desired. It is updated infrequently at best (they claim at least once a week but the last time it was updated was November 19th - I know it’s the holiday season but it is for ALL of us. They shouldn’t have an excuse). They also don’t have actual stock nunbers in their data feed - if it’s included in the feed it’s in stock, if it’s not then it’s not in stock.
Even with the shortcomings of the feed I still recommend this supplier though.
I haven’t had an opportunity to order from them yet but I’ll update when I do.

Ok...I’ve sent them three emails asking questions about their datafeeds and not one response.
I know it’s the holiday season and all but you think they could take a minute to respond.

Very poor response to emails. Data feed is now over a month old. I send them an email once a week asking them to update and only received one pissy email back about how they will “try” to update it weekly.
If their merchandise wasn’t so damn good I’d boot them in a heartbeat.
Hopefully they’ll figure it out if enough people complain about the datafeed.

Well, they *finally* updated their data feed yesterday. Over a month is absolutely unacceptable IMHO but at least it was done.
We’ll see now how long it takes until the next one…

Just a quick update:
It appears their site is now down (and has been for at least all of today).
They may be doing the world a favor (since their site is perhaps the ugliest thing I’ve ever seen) but it makes it tough to place an order.
Hopefully this is just a weekend thing and it will get fixed tomorrow.

Yeah...ouch. They truly need help with that.
Whoa...data feed was updated 2 days ago and I missed it. Looks like I have some work to do tomorrow.
