@Kosta - if you are looking to use Google Spreadsheet - I suggest you setup one (new) gmail account and share the login info here. This way a single account can be used to make updates.

3. לא תהיה אפשרות למעקב מי עשה מה ומתי

1. We are working 4-5 people on same spreadsheet, seeing each other’s changes in read time.
2. We can choose to share by link (with guests) or only invite specific google accounts, and specify who’s only watching and who’s editor.
3. There’s Revisions tab that you can see the changes, by whom, when and what was changed.
