Cheers!...Brilliant, simple extension. We were handling this with a pretty knarly sql script, but this lets the average user relate products on the fly...quickly. Btw, I can confirm that this works as far back as 1.0.19870.1. I'm going to check out the guts tomorrow and see if I can't extend this further for cross-sells and upsells.

@pecq - this version probemo is already fixed, give it a go, you should be well pleased. This neat 'lil extension is easy to install and gives you an extra drop down on the product list page of admin. Select the products you want to relate, choose 'relate' from the amended drop down and the job's a good one, the products are all related to each other. This is well useful when having a product range, e.g. of sportswear, where you want to be able to sell the jacket with the jersey, the pants, shorts and socks. It is not so useful when you want to relate one or two products to everything in a category, e.g. always trying to sell a power adaptor with cameras (for instance). If you need to relate products to each other, this one is for you, if you need to relate one product to a million things then maybe not.

@Discovery our server php versionis 5.2.6 this extention will work only if: Mass_Product_Relater requires PHP (version >= 5.0.0, version <= 5.2.5), therefore it should be compatible for higher version

have the same problem as pecq. running php version 5.2.6 and therefore cannot install this extension as it is only compatiable for 5.2.5 and below. should be compatiable with higher versions

Thanks for this. I install this extension without any problem. But the problem is I do not see "ADD TO CART2 button in any related products.

Great and Simple extension. It works as stated. I am using a Magento 1.1.6 as my base. The only downside is the core modification: Is there no way to add functionality to core code using the 'local' code folder?
