Clearly, it's not right to vote one-star when there are zero downloads. Just because this is a paid service doesn't mean you should be down about it. Some services are well-worth the cost. I'm not saying this service is or isn't, but don't vote down a mod that hasn't even seen the light of day. Just my 2 yen...
