Absolutely no problems installing or setting up. Almost all of our customers are shipping to Illinois, so I set just the country and the state and it did exactly that. Used tablerate_bestway as the default method to pull table rate shipping prices.

How does this shipping method work ? Is there any documentations, step by step guidance ? It seem not working with mine, I don't know why. Still digging what's wrong with my configuration.

I seem to just get a blank page when clicking "Auto Quote" in the configuration page after installing through the connect module.. What could be wrong?

Cyfer is right, Autoquote in the config page just gives a blank screen in 1.1.2
