A great start, fantastic to see you responding to requests from UK users. I’m sure that this will be useful for some but the VSP Form isn’t what most people will be using. UK consumers are less likely to have confidence in a shop that re-directs them to an external payment gateway service. Would be great if you guys could look at the direct method as that must be the most popular way that protx is used.

Adding the Protx Form payment method is a really positive move and perfect for entry to mid-level e-commerce websites. 3/5 is not a fair rating if you have not even installed and tried the solution. Protx Direct is the next level up, but does require a lot more server security to meet the PCI DSS standards to use.

I agree with Simon. Actually though the next level up is not Protx Direct but VSP Server. Either Form or Server are appropriate for people who don't want to have a special audit done. Server gives you more information in the files on your system rather than using their control panel. Providing that the transaction number is created prior to sending the details to Protx it should be easy enough to use Form and reconcile the transactions between Protx and Magento.

can anyone confirm that this is a protx bug? When I pay via protx it doesn't add VAT tax at then end of the order. Every other payment method does.

Does this extension support live refunds and transactions 'onsite' as opposed to using Protx's 'offsite' secure server?

@gavh This is VSP Form, it doesn't have refunds. You have to use their control panel.
