@CKD: also 'nothin to upgrade' Sadly i also even cant get a connection to a database (equal if local or online). I can connect to this db's without problems when using tools like mysql front. @bilbaxo: you cant download anything here. you only get a code/key that you have to insert in the admin of magento (system -> magento extensions->manage extensions->paste key to install) cheers uwe

It does work for importing categories, customers and orders. It does not work for importing products. In my case about ten products from over 10 000 products were imported. There is no error message. It just does not work.

osCommerce import has heavy affter effects: products and categories ave no names; the original root categories disappear; a new store view/website is created which fubars your Magento installation; the design reverted to default, but I had modern installed etc. Don't us this yet, wait for the stable version.

Version 1.0.19700 Beta Well, it's beta, so no complaints. However, my results are not that great. It seems to import data for Products and Categories, however, the names are omitted from import. Actually, it appears to be all Varchar data that is omitted. Product images are imported and categorized perfectly it seems. I reckon this will be the most popular contribution in Connect for quite a while should it become usable. But as of this Beta, it is unusable.
