Allows you to set a shipping meathod that will be applied by default.
YOU MAY HAVE TO LOG OUT OF THE ADMIN PANEL THEN LOG BACK IN TO ACCESS THE CONFIG THE FIRST TIME0.9.8 Now supports Magento 1.1.2
