The 'Update Attributes' action on Manage Products page does not change the 'Manage Stock' values.

Steps to reproduce:
1. From Admin, select Catalog > Manage Products.
2. Click the check-box on the far left of the items to be updated
3. From the 'Actions' drop down, select 'Update attributes' and click the Submit button
4. Select 'Inventory' under Products Information
5. For "Manage Stock', check 'Change', uncheck 'Use Config Settings', and set the Manage Stock dropdown to 'No'
6. Click on Save

Problem: the 'Use Config Settings' and 'Manage Stock' values are not changed for any of the selected items. If I look at each item individually, all values remain unchanged.

I've tried this on Mac OSX running Firefox and Safari, and on Windows XP running IE and Firefox.
