after upgrading to 1.2.1.1 processing cards through PayPal Website Payments Pro (Payflow Edition) on site appear to work, however the transaction does not appear on PayPal at all (i.e. no money has been transferred). PayPal Website Payments Pro (Payflow Edition) worked fine in the previous version (upgraded from 2.1.0.3 [skipped 1.2.1 ]). Transactions on PayPal Uk express work fine.

Same problem here - only since 1.2.1.1
I had it set on authorisation mode (which still works) but when I switch it back to sale - the customer checks out, gets the checkout/success page, but we get no money - order is marked as paid.

Same issue here - ours is a fresh install of 1.2.1.2 as we thought that might help but we cannot accept payment at all through paypal uk direct payments. This makes magento totally unusable in a production environment.

Not sure if this:

is maybe the cause of it?
Unfortunately the so-called "trunk" svn doesn't even have this "resolved" issue checked in, so can't even get the fix from there.
