Customer listed as being not notified in status history after they were selected to be notified when processing a refund.

Edit Order > Refund with "notify customer" selected > click to view order (via "sales > orders" page) and you will see that it lists the status as "closed" with "Customer Not Notified"

Creditmemos, invoices etc. display correct info about customer email notifications.

When order is refunded, the message "Credit memo # XXXX created" added to order history with correct "Customer notified / Customer Not notified" flag. As often, there is no customer notifications when order status changed (Pending -> Closed), which is correct - Closed: Customer Not Notified]]> #3 / Comment by Magento Team
