The sort by price function no longer produces a properly ?paged? layout.

The official Magento demo store exhibits the same behaviour as can be seen at this link: http://demo.magentocommerce.com/bed-and-bath/living-room?order=price&dir;=asc

The sorting itself works but notice how it only says ?1 item? on the top left. In my case it no longer pagenates my list of products.

This bug definitely wasn't present in 1.1.8 therefore I suppose it was introduced in 1.2 ? I can replicate it on every 1.2+ install, clean or upgraded; and confirm the bug's not present at all on 1.1.8 installations.]]> #2 / Comment by eagleeyed

I can confirm and replicate it on my 1.2.0.2 website aswell as a live website currently in business bigboxstore.com (no way associated with this store, just noticed it had the same bug).
