I?m seeing an issue with Google Checkout and assigning ?Allowed Methods? in the ?Google Checkout Shipping ? Merchant Calculated? area of Magento. I?m running v. 1.2.0.1

Here?s my setup: I have two websites (setup using subdirectories) running within Magento. One is for the USA and one for Europe. I setup my FedEx account information and Google Checkout information all under the ?Default Config? in the ?Current Configuration Scope? (System > Configuration). I?m able to select the FedEx services in System > Configuration > Google API > Google Checkout Shipping ? Merchant Calculated > Allowed Method > Add Shipping Methods. This works flawlessly.

Now here is when the problem surfaces. My setup requires the USA and Europe site to have their own Google Checkout accounts and FedEx accounts. I went ahead and took everything out of the ?Default Config? and changed it over to the USA store scope. Once I do that, the ?Add Shipping Methods? does not show any FedEx services in the pull down. The only option I receive is ?*select shipping method?. I also tried enabling free shipping, but that option is not available either. I am able to send the order to the Google checkout website, but the shipping is not listed.

It seems that Magento can only pull from the ?Default Config? on multisite setups. I did noticed a bug was resolved without any notes on a fix, issue # 9730 for version 1.8. It has resurfaced for version 1.2.0.1.
