These settings apply to both Default Configuration, and at the Website and Store View Level.

Problem: The system displays two dates for various events such as Order and Account Creation. For example, for an order which was created on December 11, 2008 at 11:23 AM India Time, in the Order Details, the Order Date is given correctly as December 11, 2008, 11:23 AM. but the Order Date (Asia/Calcutta) time is given as November 12, 2008, 11:23 AM!!! I have attached a screenshot.
The same thing seems to happen elsewhere, in places such as account creation dates.
