It would be very nice idea to send email notifications (about invoice/shipment/credit memo creation, order comments and so on) in the same locale (language) as the store view from which the order was placed. At the moment to send notification from admin to user in his language need to change the interface locale of admin. It's not always good because store personnel could not always understand the language of customer.. and when they changing admin interface locale - everything could be in "strange" non-understandable language.
