Get this message -

Selected currency code () is not compatabile with PayPal

When trying to reorder a canceled order and clicking submit order in index.php/admin/sales_order_create/

Tried setting all locale settings in config to US and using US currency to no effect.

Tried changing paypal settings to no effect.
