Please add a space in following file:
app/design/frontend/default/default/template/catalog/product/list/related.phtml (actually for all themes, default, blank and modern)
at line 33, after translation label :
<?php echo $this->__('Check items to add to the cart or ') ?>

In english-US, there's no problem because the last space is included in the label.
But in translations managed through Magentocommerce.com inline translation, trailing spaces are deleted. The result is that the translated label and 'select all' are not separated by a space.
