I have installed "modern theme" with 1.1.6 version of Magento.

The home page shows new products based on the dates.
The "Add to Cart" button is in HTML format and I cannot figure out whats wrong. Please check the attached file or go to http://207.210.109.118/

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Magento but the issue doesn't go away.

I have managed to reinstall Magento and the problem is still there, I am using the old database so looks like a database error.
