I have two websites configured in our 1.1.3 install

On products I have the standard attribute price. I have price set to vary by website in system > configuration

Then I have website A price set to $50, website B price set to $40, and default is $50.

On website B I create a catalog price rule that gives a 50% discount only on website B to a customer group and set the action to all products that are enabled in the conditions.
The action is 50% off the price.

The bug is that if I log into website B as a customer in that customer group I see the discounted price but it is 50% off the price in website A and not website B (so in this example it is 50% off $40 rather than 50% off $40)

We have a simular problem in Magento ver. 1.1.3.

Our problem is that when we use catalog promotions to put items on sale at 5% off they show up with random %'s off, like 20% here and 40% there.

Is this a magento bug in Magento ver. 1.1.3.
