Trying to add multiple images to "HTC Touch Diamond" cell phone. When clicking "Save", this error occurs and none of the images are saved.

I also am experiencing this problem with a brand new installation of Magento 1.1.6.
It's when I try to "Save and Continue Edit" my product; the error message will appear every time unless I specify a "Set Product as New from Date" AND a "Set Product as New to Date", but even then the settings still don't get saved.
