When an order is Invoiced in the Magento admin, only the items are charged for by Google Checkout, the shipping is not included, so only a partial payment is taken.

In addition to this, when a shipment is made in Magento, the order is not shipped->archived in Google Checkout.

Also, when the order is automatically charged by Google Checkout, the payment is recorded in comments, but the order is not updated to processing (this may be a feature).
