When you create a multi-option custom options in the product page of the admin, it's expected clicking on "Add option" will create a row into which to enter option. When I click on "Add option", nothing happens.

This may be due to the fact that there are 5 options already assigned, it seems the real bug is that after 5 options are assigned to a given product (simple product) the drop down will not appear wen you try to add another, if you try to create a new product with more than 5 options, the options that have a sort order greater than 5 disappear!]]> #3 / Comment by Magento Team
