The checkbox "Store View Specific" in the dialog "Translate" doesn't have the right effect in my installation. IMHO this effect should be that if the checkbox is _unckecked_ the translation should appear in all strores. But in my installation it always behaves as if it is checked and the changes in both cases only affect the current store.

AFAICS, a translation always results in a dataset in the table "core_translate" with a valid store_id. But if the checkbox is not set, the store_id sholud be zero (wich works fine for me after manual changeing) so that the translation takes effect on all stroes.

My installation: Magento 1.1.2. with "Locale_Mage_community_de_DE" 1.0.19870.4.8
