Hi,
I need to create a product with 16 options, each 4 selections.
But after the 4th option, if I add the 5th option, the 5th options selection won't get saved.
It seems like there is a limit or something, and the bug should be reproducable:
Add 4 options with 4 selections each, and then try to add more options with selections.
Sometimes it even deleted the older options' selections.
I really need the bundles.

Is it possible I can send you a link to my (testing) magento shop? There you can easily reproduce this, NOTHING has been changed in the admin modules code.

I will try to provide information to reproduce this:

I added the following simple products
with default attributset:
10
20
30
40

each product has a different price

(4 products)

Then I create a Bundle Product. Own attributeset, with one option, just a text field.
name: test
sku: dynamic - test
weight - empty
price - dynamic

under Bundle Items:
I create 4 options: input-type: dropdown, is required: yes
1
2
3
4

In these options each I add the four products created as selections (def. qty: 1; user defined qty: yes, position like name)
10
20
30
40

Now save this bundled product and try to add more options.. does it work for you?

This may be due to the fact that there are 5 options already assigned, it seems the real bug is that after 5 options are assigned to a given product (simple product for testing) the drop down will not appear wen you try to add another, if you try to create a new product with more than 5 options, the options that have a sort order greater than 5 disappear!]]> #7 / Comment by Magento Team
