USPS sent me an email December 31 about some changes they are making to their pricing and mailing standards. It sounds like these changes will break the USPS integration with Magento. I have attached the entire email I received. Magento may need to make some changes to accommodate the new information.

I am on Magento 1.7.0.2. I would like to receive instructions about what steps I need to take to make sure my site doesn't break on January 27, 2013.
