View Issue #28319 / Rewrited block doesn't work when disabling module

Posted: 2012-10-03 15:32:41
Category: Configuration
Version: 1.7.0.2
Priority: normal
Status: assigned
Reported By: apz2000

The defect that I am reporting occurs when I disable my module from System->Configuration->Advanced. This module rewrites a block from the core (Mage_Catalog_Block_Product_View_Media). When the module is disabled the images aren't displayed because the block Mage_Catalog_Block_Product_View_Media isn't called. Nevertheless this doesn't occurs when I disable my module in the XML that is in etc/modules.

Thank you.
