has anyone here tried storesprite? (

claims to be a free php/mysql e-commerce solution with the stipulation that you leave their copyright notices intact. they do have some white label “free developers license” for web developers though if you want to rebrand it as your own (provided you apply and they accept you).

they don’t seem to have a working online backend demo but here are some live sites using it right now:

although there are screenshots of the backend, i find it a little odd that there seems to be google ads on them. i’ll have to look into it further.

honestly looks pretty clean and professional as far as i can tell. maybe this could be a solution to tide some of us over who are still waiting eagerly on magento? anyone have experience with it? i’ve never heard of it until today.
