Enable Free Shipping Rule Functionality

toman01 Total Posts: 92 Joined: 2008-03-07 Ignore user	I would like to now which system file I have to edit in order to get the “Free Shipping Functionality” working with the “Shopping Cart Rules?” The most current Magento version does not seem to have this function working.
