Is it possible to set all prices and shipping to 0.00 - we would like to set up an online photo catalog for our members to request selected photos - and then would handle the file sending separately from magento.  At some later date, we may want to add some product items to sell at a price.

You can definitely set all prices to 0.00 and then turn off your shipping. There may also be a flag in the configuration to disable the sale of free items.

Thanks!  Do you have any idea when the downloadable products feature will become available?  Would we be looking at weeks or months…
