Magento was not able to update your include_path to include it’s code directories.

Make sure php_admin_value was not used to set include_path in php.ini

In this way is good?

From phpinfo()

include_path – local value - .:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/home/myaccount/php
include_path – master value- .:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php

If you are running PHP 5.2.5 you might want to try http://www.magentocommerce.com/boards/viewthread/7910/ - we have experienced similar errors with that version of PHP and there is a fix in the above thread you could try / suggest to your host?  If it is the same problem it is related to a bug in PHP 5.2.5 that is resolved in 5.2.6....

I am on a server with PHP 5.2.6.

Unziped in domain.com/magento

When pointed to domain.com/magento/install.php - I have the error.
