The ability to communicate with customers within the store is very handy.

A bridge to different heldpesk software like Kayako would be very nice too.

I agree - looks sharp. We’ll certainly consider adding such functionality.

Im currently using Kayako Esupport suite, it would be nice if there could be an implementation for that.
However ofcourse its commercial. Live support uses an windows application to chat with customers, a webbased live support will be lateron added.

I think a webbased messasing service is unhandy if it cannot be linked to an windows or java based application also.
