Hi,

Just checkin if it is possible to use Magento for repair items trade-in. For example, a client sent in an item for repair, he/she can decide to trade in that item instead of waiting for it to be repaired. So, they have the product associated with their account and they can trade it in with another already fixed item.

Any advice would be great,

This is definitely possible with Magento but will require code customization. You will not be able to achieve this with the basic installation.
