All the green on the Magento Modern Theme what are the codes? I cant find it in my document. I am editing boxes.css, am I in the correct file?

1) I want to change default welcome message
2) I want to make the links next to default welcome message darker
3) Change all green css text to Dark Red

You change the default welcome message in the admin area: System > Configuration > General > Design > Header

And yes the text you’re trying to change colors of are in boxes.css

Try downloading Firebug for Firefox, it will help you figure out what code you need to modify.
