I am looking to allow customers to choose from a list of charities they would like profits donated to but without having to create a separate simple product for each possible charity entry.
Right now, as I understand simple products, it will allow me to create a drop-down menu but will only allow that simple product to have one preset choice and the configurable product needs to refer back to that.
Is there a way to create a drop-down menu that will simply print a message on the collate or do I seriously need to create a simple product for every charity in every size/color combination?
