Hye everybody,

I have one problem and I don’t how to solve it. Orders are saved with the default database value for base_to_global_rate, base_to_quote_rate, store and so on (0.00). I don’t know where this problem comes from. When I looked in my saved database quote, i’ve got the good value, 1. But When the quote is converted into an order, I loose this values. Does anybody knows how to resolve the problem, ‘cause when I want to see the store sales report, as all values are multiplicated by the value base_to_global_rate 0.

My installation is magento 1.3 updated in magento 1.4

I hope someone will help me ...

I had the same issue on a multi-store setup, which I SOLVED by doing the following:

- Within System -> Manage Currency Rates ensure all the boxes have the value 1
- Refresh Lifetime Statistics for all reports in Reports -> Refresh Statistics

I also manually updated the base_to_global_rate to 1 on any orders within the sales_order (sales_flat_order) table that had the value of 0, before refreshing the statistics.

Hope this helps someone.
