Hello,

Is it possible to disable the following attributes on a per-product basis:

-in/out of stock
-add to cart
-sign up to price alerts
etc

What I basically want to do is add a “diplay-only” category, with a couple of products that are NOT for sale, but for demonstration/showcase only.

Possible?
