How can I rollback to the previous version of Magento?

This new version has completely broken several of my product pages and created a lot of problems. It wouldn’t be such a big deal if I knew how to do a rollback, but I don’t see that option, just a bunch of uninstall and reinstall options.

There is no roll back option.  Best option is to restore from backup, database can be restored using phpadmin or from your cpanel backup section.
