Store view Theme isn’t displayed on a subdomain

Hello guys

I’m new to magento and currently working on a shop with multiple
stores in it. So I got 1 website, 3 different stores in it and for every store a german and an english store view.

I installed magento and created my first theme. For every store view I defined one of my themes (I have 3 - for every shop - one),
and everything works fine when I view them from the domain I installed it on and add the shop name to the url. (http://www.mydomain.at/store_view1_en).

Now I wanted to display the right store view depending on the domain.

I used the htaccess from the wiki:

SetEnvIf Host www\.testshop\.at MAGE_RUN_CODE=testshop_at
SetEnvIf Host www\
.testshop\.at MAGE_RUN_TYPE=store

for example: http://www.testshop.at should display the store view “testshop_at”, but when I call the same store view
with this URL I get the right store view (at least I get the right home page and the right language for the frontend),
but it seems like it is loading the “base” template.
I guess so, because it is the default page structure and it includes only the css files from the base/default/ folder and
not the files from my theme.
But as mentioned above when I view exactly the same page from http://www.first-url.at/testshop_at (the url I installed it with)
everything works perfectly fine.

I changed all the values of “themes” and “package” in “configuration” and I also changed secure and unsecure url for this store view.

Did I miss anything or what could be the problem ?

Thank you for your help.

regards
Simon

Every idea would be very helpful.
Maybe I just got it wrong.
As mentioned above, I’m new to magento and maybe there is a setting I haven’t found yet, to include
other domains.
