Hello,

I have a fully patched install but I’m having problems with the shipping modules.  In particular, usps and ups are not working for me.  When I get to the shipping step at checkout, I get the “Sorry, no quotes are available for this order at this time.” error.  I can get flat rate or free working just as a test but those are not acceptable methods for our store…

In USPS, the gateway URL we’re using is http://production.shippingapis.com/shippingapi.dll.  I’ve verified with usps that we have a gateway account and the userid is entered properly.  The rest of the parameters are detailed in the screenshot

Any ideas?  We really need this to work.
