Magento

I have disabled all payment options. Paypal express and credit card are stil showing up during the checkout. i have added authorize.net and it shows up. then i disable all payment methodes refresh the page and cahes wait till the next day and there are still the 2 payment options. all it says is “paypal express” and “credit card” im not sure whats going on can some one help????
