When I try to upgrade I am having a few problems, and would really appreciate some help. I can’t run the update through ssh or magentoconnect until I remove the Blue Skin from my install. This is a problem because my entire site is designed around this skin. Once I remove Blue Skin from my install I can then upgrade to 1.4. But for some reason my categories do not work and put up error messages when clicked on. I have tried a few modifications that I have found online, but there always seems to be a glitch when clicking on the categories. Is there no Blue Skin for 1.4? Has anyone gotten this to work flawlessly? What do I have to do?
The second problem is I can’t access my admin section by going to the website http://www.mysite.com/admin. When I do this it puts me back to my home page. The only way I can access the admin section is to http://www.mysite.com/magento/index.php/admin. Is anyone having this problem? Is there a fix?
