Magento

I am trying to import roughly 700 products into our magento store but I keep having major issues.

I have attached our product CSV sheet with this post so that you can take a look. I cannot figure out how to get this to work. Can someone please explain how to import my product list without manually doing it?

Thanks in advance, I have spent almost 10 hours trying to figure this out and keep coming up blank.
