Hi all, I’ve been floundering around the forums and help for hours trying to resolve this, it seems so wrong that you get that feeling you are doing something stupid or looking in the wrong place!?!?
I’m running latest version - upgraded this morning to 19870.
I cannot see the Manage Tax settings.
I’ve tried all manner of shipping and tax settings.
I’ve checked that the customer groups are all set to Retail customers.
Shipping origin is UK, with a correct address, postcode etc.
Attached screenshot shows what I see for System/Configuration/Sales
from the forums, user guide etc I get the impression that there should be another sub-menu called Tax Management, containing Tax Rules etc??
I vaguely recall seeing it, and leaving it for later ....
Is it me???
